Peace is Loud’s Impact Roadmap Worksheet is an interactive document that walks a filmmaker through the three main steps of Peace is Loud’s impact strategy development process: the internal discovery process, the external discovery process, and the impact building blocks. This process is designed to guide the filmmaker from reflecting and exploring ideas to eventually identifying specific strategy components.
The strategy development process can be collaborative, and should involve people with decision-making power in the impact campaign. This can include filmmakers, as well as film participants and community partners.
As you embark on your campaign’s strategy development, and especially as you beginning to identify the building blocks of your campaign, remember that an impact campaign strategy should always:
- Make choices
- Know when to say no
- Ask itself why
This worksheet integrates an abbreviated version of the full internal discovery questionnaire, which is also available in the Collective Lens Library.
Peace is Loud acknowledges the Midwest Academy, whose influential organizing strategy chart helped inspire our own internal strategy development processes.
