The Impact Report Outline template is designed to support a filmmaker’s reporting needs, and help organize information about the film’s impact. 

The template offers a potential structure for a report, as well as potential areas of data, metrics, and scopes of work to report on. The structure of the template is based on previous Peace is Loud impact reports, which you can also find in the Collective Lens Library. 

Note that the information communicated in each report can vary widely, and is completely dependent on an impact campaign’s unique goals and scope of work. Impact reports can also be done in different formats: written, video, audio, etc. 

We hope this template provides filmmakers with a stepping stone for their reporting needs.
