This campaign budget example is from an actual impact campaign led by Peace is Loud. The budget is for a robust campaign that included screenings, digital outreach, partnership work, and original resources (including an original website).
While the cost of labor is included in the budget, the rate reflected did not cover all of Peace is Loud’s labor. As a nonprofit organization, Peace is Loud is in a unique position of being able to absorb some administrative and other labor costs at times. While this was our model for this project, we emphasize the need to equitably compensate the person leading the impact campaign work (often referred to as an Impact Producer).
